This Upper comes complete and ready to ship, un-fired and assembled properly with the barrel nut seasoned and torqued to spec. We can offer a 15rd test fire and cleaning before shipping to you for an additional 10$, as well as an extra day to allow us to get to our local range. We can record the firing process and send you the video as well so you can see how it cycles!

   We use a Standard Muzzle device and Charging Handle as we believe that those parts are more of a personal preference and by leaving the basic parts there it allows the upper to be ready to go but leave the choice open and keep the end cost lower since Birdcages and Basic Handles are in-expensive but functional.

It is the buyers responsibility to check and be aware of their local laws and regulations before purchase. We will not ship to states that restrict the shipment of the bought merchandise. Customers who buy restricted items will be charged a 10$ restock fee.

For places that need a P&W to be compliant we can offer that service at NO EXTRA CHARGE, we believe you shouldn't need to pay more for your state/counties differning regulation.
