Q. I entered my shipping address at checkout but my billing address is different and it won't let me add another address for billing?

    A. If you encounter an issue adding a second billing address during checkout just back out of the cart and click checkout again. You will then be able to select your shipping address from the dropdown menu and then add the second address for billing. Be sure to select the correct address for your billing address.

Q. I'm trying to complete the checkout but it fails after I enter my card info why?

   A. Normally when checkout fails it's from the billing address being incorrect. Things like the zip code can reject a transaction. Be sure to enter you zip code exactly as it is on your card account. Also if your zip that you enter includes the 4 digits after the dash like (85553-1516) try removing them and enter it with just your zip code like (85553).

Q. I'm making an order and I noticed there are multiple shipping charges for my order, Why is that?

   A. Some of our products ship directly from our supplier's wherehouse to you and some will ship from our shop. On orders that contain items from both our supplier and our shop they will have two different shipping charges and will be shipped seperatly to you.

Q. I wish to place an order but I don't enter credit card info online or don't have a credit card. How do I order?

   A.   Click here to download an Order form to print and mail in with check or maoney order. Or simply give us a call at (928) 432-5383 Tue-Fri 10AM-5PM Arizona time and we can take your order over the phone and provide you with the mailing address to send a Check or Money Order to.
